We do not ship any physical items. The only deliverable is the course completion certificate, which may be:

• 1. Handed over at the end of the course.

Return / Refund Policy

• 1. All course fee payments are final and non-refundable
• 2. No returns or exchanges are applicable as we do not offer physical goods.
• 3. If a registrant is unable to attend, their slot may not be transferred unless otherwise approved in writing by the administration.
